Manufacturers and Part D Sponsors are required to pay all invoiced amounts by October 9, 2014 and send confirmation of the payment to the Third Party Administrator (TPA) by Thursday, October 16, 2014. Manufacturers and Part D sponsors are also required to verify receipt of payment and send confirmation to the TPA by October 16, 2014.
